The developers, Crystal Dynamic, have stated that they are currently exploring a way to allow players to replay the campaign mission, although details about features like a New Game+ are not yet known. This means that once you finish a story mission, the collectibles you missed become unobtainable afterwards. Unfortunately, you cannot normally replay campaign missions.
